The system architecture consists of five components:

1. Data capture system - Data Capture Devices for the textile and garment manufacturing processes.
2. Data capturing and filtering module – Middleware for different types of data capture devices to connect to the processing modules.
3. Processing modules for filtered data – Distributed Database with basic processing such as track and trace.
4. Workflow engine for manufacturing process – Algorithm and Manufacturing Logic supporting the automation of textile and garment manufacturing. This also includes the Application Protocol Interface (API) for integration with different manufacturing applications.
5. Manufacturing applications – Customized System for the automation of the textile and garment manufacturing process or other existing manufacturing process applications.
